Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Clearance or special-order items

Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Juice (MCB), depending on original payment method.
Processing time: 3–5 working days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours and provide photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
